S is for…

I’m stuck on you
It’s not like love
I know were through
But still I’m stuck on you
I’m confused you see
At what you be
And where you are
Yes, you’re confusing me
Deeply mixed,
Covered in a callous surface
Your heart is fixed
What is the purpose?
I’m stuck on you
I’m confused you see
It’s deeply mixed
What’s perplexing me!
The silent motions of your mind
The subtle notions that I’m not defined
The secret message that I feel
The lasting impression, that I’m not real
And so I’m stuck on you
Yes, you’re confusing me
The friendships through
So why can’t I let it be?

Written while fighting with my ego over the fact that not everyone is going to want to be my friend and in fact some people are just game players. Just wish I didn’t need to spend so much time “over analyzing” some things in life!
